1. Introduction CyberScan Radar ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles your data. Our core philosophy is simple: Your data belongs to you. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. All processing happens locally on your device.

2. Data Collection and Usage

2.1. No Personal Data Collection We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location history. We do not require you to create an account to use the application.

2.2. Local Processing

• Network Scans: When you use the "Wi-Fi Audit" or "Wi-Fi Analyzer" features, the app scans your local network to identify connected devices and measure performance (ping/jitter). This data is processed temporarily in your device's random-access memory (RAM) and is never transmitted to any external server.
• Bluetooth Scanning: The "Tactical Radar" feature uses your device's Bluetooth sensors to measure signal strength (RSSI) of nearby peripherals. This data is used solely for real-time visualization and is not recorded.

3. Permissions and Technical Justification To function correctly, the app requests specific permissions. Here is why we need them:

• Location Services (iOS Requirement): We request "Location When In Use" permission strictly to access your current Wi-Fi SSID (Network Name). This is a requirement by the iOS operating system for any app that needs to read Wi-Fi information. We do not track your GPS coordinates.
• Local Network Access: Required to discover devices on your local subnet for the "Hidden Device Detector" feature.
• Bluetooth Access: Required to detect and estimate the distance of nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices.

4. Third-Party Services Running solely on your device, CyberScan Radar does not integrate with any third-party analytics SDKs (like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Facebook Pixel) that track user behavior. Link to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app:

5. Data Retention Since we do not collect any data, we do not have a data retention policy. When you close the app, all temporary scan results are cleared from the device's memory.

6. Children’s Privacy Our application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
