Welcome to QMeter. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our sound and light measurement services.

2. Information Collection and Use

QMeter is designed with a "Privacy-First" architecture. Most of your data stays on your device.

• Microphone Data: Used solely to calculate real-time decibel (dB) levels and acoustic density.
• Camera Data: Used to measure ambient light (Lux) and capture video at your request. We do not store or transmit visual data unless you explicitly save it to your device.
• Local Database: We use a local database (SwiftData) to store your measurement history and "Significant Events" for the anti-gravity experience. This data is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Permissions

To provide our core "Quantum" sensing features, we request the following:

• Microphone: To measure real-time sound levels.
• Camera: To measure light levels and record video.
• Photo Library: To save your generated analysis reports and videos.

4. Data Storage and Security

All measurement logs and captured media are stored locally on your iPhone's secure sandbox. We do not have access to your recordings or your specific location data.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use standard Apple services (such as StoreKit for app ratings) to improve the app experience. These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. We are compliant with COPPA and GDPR regulations.
